For 27 years, no one helped Elinus School.
Between Two Schools tells the story of Carlisle Bridge and Elinus, two rural schools in South Africa’s Eastern Cape and the Great Karoo, where students were learning without running water, electricity, adequate classrooms, or reliable meals.
Through a partnership between John X Safaris, Splitting Image Taxidermy and The Origins Foundation, real change is happening:

👉🏼 Kitchen canteens feeding 60–90 children every day
👉🏼 School lunches sourced from sustainably hunted game
👉🏼 Water infrastructure installed for the first time
This story is bigger than two schools. Across rural South Africa, children are still facing many of these same challenges.
