Hunting changes the lives of people all over the world, but we rarely get an opportunity to understand the impact of that change. In My Footsteps is an incredible story that follows the journey of an individual who received funds from hunters almost 15 years ago. The story represents the true heart of hunting. The story represents how hunting changes people’s lives. The story represents how hunting changes the trajectory of livelihoods. Bongani Maticka’s life and story were changed because of the heart of a daughter whose name was Amy Bell. In her giving heart, she changed the world for not only one individual but thousands who followed in his footsteps. The Amy Bell Charity Foundation was created by Irvin Tam and Tam Safaris in remembrance of Amy Bell. The Amy Bell Charities network, led by Larry and Ellen Bell, is now a force for change throughout Southern Africa.
Grateful funding for In My Footsteps came from Larry and Ellen Bell and Teach Green.
